Fantastic location right next to Rossio Square. Easy access to the metro made exploring Lisbon a breeze. The room had solid soundproofing. I slept peacefully despite the bustling city outside. My bed was huge and remarkably comfortable, with the bathroom well-equipped with all essentials. Staff quickly sorted a minor issue I encountered with the air conditioning, which was appreciated. However, the breakfast left much to be desired—basic options with limited seating made it feel cramped. A better variety would enhance the morning routine. Also, the corridor decor felt a bit outdated and uninviting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there's room for improvement, especially in the breakfast area and corridor ambiance.

Excellent location! Rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. Shower was nice and clean. I really appreciated the toiletries provided and the soundproofing in the room. Staff were helpful with issues, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Metro station is super close, making travel easy!

The room was spacious and clean, making our stay pleasant. The location was prime, with great access to supermarkets and local eateries nearby, and my fiance loved it too.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the cozy vibe on our little balcony while sipping coffee. The lounge area is perfect for chilling out, and the game room was a fun surprise for the kids! The only downside was the small bathroom space, but it didn't ruin our whole experience. 😊
